4. Intellectual Property

5. Payment Terms

Our payment terms are as follows:

• All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified
• We typically require a 50% upfront deposit before beginning work
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the project agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract

6. Limitation of Liability

Curious Packet LLP will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Any loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Failures due to third-party services or software beyond our control
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials or instructions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information shared with us during the course of our work, except as required by law or with the client's explicit permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if:

• The other party breaches a material term of the agreement
• The other party becomes insolvent or is unable to pay its debts

Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms

Curious Packet LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
