1. Overview

At Curious Packet LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality digital transformation and e-commerce development services that meet our clients' expectations. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request needs to be considered. This policy outlines our approach to refunds.

2. Service Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before we have begun work:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of payment will receive a full refund, less any applicable payment processing fees.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work has commenced will receive a 90% refund.

If work has already begun on your project:

  • Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
  • A minimum administrative fee of 10% of the total project cost will be retained.

3. Project Milestones

For projects with defined milestones:

  • Once a milestone deliverable has been approved by the client, payments for that milestone are non-refundable.
  • If a client decides to discontinue the project after one or more milestones have been completed, payment for completed milestones will not be refunded.
  • Future milestone payments that have not yet been made will be canceled with no further obligation.

4. Quality Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of the deliverable being provided.
  • Your communication should clearly outline the specific issues or concerns.
  • We will work with you to address these concerns and make necessary revisions as outlined in your service agreement.
  • If, after reasonable attempts at resolution, we cannot meet your requirements as specified in the original agreement, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your refund request in writing to finance@curiouspacket.com.
  2. Include your full name, project details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond with a decision within 10 business days.
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where possible, and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom development work that has been delivered according to specifications and approved by the client.
  • Third-party services or licenses purchased on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting, plugins).
  • Rush fees for expedited services.
  • Services where the client has received and is using the final deliverables.

7. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of severe illness, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation.

8. Changes to this Policy

Curious Packet LLP reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified policy.
